Terms and conditions

These terms are between you and Brush Leads Nordic AB, trading as Brush Leads, company registration number 559583-7237, VAT number SE559583723701, registered in Sweden at Bjornbarsvagen 9, 475 31 Ockero, Sweden. Contact olle@brushleads.com or +46 70 896 06 01.

Brush Leads is a lead generation service for painting companies. We run and pay for our own advertising, speak with homeowners, qualify them, and send you the contact details and project details of homeowners who asked for a painting quote in your market. Leads are exclusive to one painting company per market for as long as your account is active. We do not guarantee that any lead will become a signed job. Results depend on your own speed of contact, sales process and pricing.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The standard price is USD 75 per delivered qualified lead. Some accounts run on an agreed alternative plan, for example USD 500 per 15 leads or USD 150 per booked estimate. Your plan is confirmed in writing before you are charged.

There is no setup fee, no retainer and no long term contract. We invoice and charge once per week, every Monday, for the leads delivered during the previous week. A typical weekly charge is USD 750 to USD 1,500 depending on volume. Payment is taken from the card or payment method you provide, outside this website. Our charge appears on your billing statement as BRUSH LEADS.

Taxes, where they apply, are shown on your invoice. You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by your own card issuer.

Leads are digital. We deliver each lead to you electronically by SMS, email, or into your CRM, using the contact details you give us. Delivery is immediate, normally within minutes of the homeowner being qualified. There is no shipping and no delivery cost. Lead volume varies week to week with demand in your market, so no fixed number of leads per week is promised unless we agree one in writing.

You can cancel at any time. Email olle@brushleads.com or call +46 70 896 06 01 and say you want to cancel. We confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect immediately, we stop sending leads, and you are only charged for leads already delivered before you cancelled. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

We replace or refund invalid leads. A lead is invalid if the phone number and the email are both unreachable, if the contact details are fake, if the lead is a duplicate of one already sent to you, if the property is outside your agreed market, or if the homeowner never asked for a painting quote.

To claim, email olle@brushleads.com within 7 days of receiving the lead with the lead name and a short reason. We review within 3 business days. Approved claims are credited against your next weekly invoice, or refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if you have no further invoices. Leads that simply did not buy, did not answer on the first attempt, or chose another painter are not refundable.

You will contact leads only about the painting work they asked about, and you will follow all laws that apply to you, including consumer protection and calling, texting and email rules such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM. You may not resell, share or redistribute leads. You are solely responsible for the work you sell and perform for any homeowner.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

We may update these terms. We will email active customers before a material change takes effect. Continuing to receive leads after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Sweden, with Goteborgs tingsratt as the court of first instance. Before starting a claim, please contact olle@brushleads.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
